We are looking for a new PhD researcher for the project on ‘Risk as a subjective phenomenon. Integrating cognitive science into the concept of risk in European data protection law’. The project aims to develop the concept of ‘subjective risk to a right’ by debiasing the concept of risk in data protection law.
The perfect candidate would be a person who combines degrees in law and psychology. Alternatively, a person who has a law degree with a program on: empirical legal studies, psychology, behavioural studies or sociology.
The deadline for applications is 30th November, and the starting date for this position is 15th January 2024 (but can be negotiable).
