In response to the European Commission’s call for input on high-risk AI systems, researchers from d.pia.lab submitted their contribution to the ongoing consultation on how certain AI systems should be classified as high-risk under the AI Act. The consultation seeks expert input on the implementation of the Artificial Intelligence Act, in particular the designation of certain AI systems as high-risk under the regulation.
